Free icloud remove from iPhone

26 Jun, 2023
0

To remove iCloud from an iPhone for free, you can follow these steps:

Back up your important data: Before removing iCloud, make sure you have a backup of your important data, such as photos, contacts, and documents. This will ensure you don't lose any information during the process.

Sign out of iCloud: Go to "Settings" on your iPhone and tap on your name at the top. Scroll down and tap "Sign Out." Enter your Apple ID password when prompted and choose the data you want to keep a copy of on your device. Finally, tap "Sign Out" to confirm.

Disable Find My iPhone: If Find My iPhone is enabled, you need to disable it before removing iCloud. In the iCloud settings, scroll down to "Find My iPhone" and tap on it. Disable the toggle switch and enter your Apple ID password when prompted.

Remove iCloud account: After signing out of iCloud and disabling Find My iPhone, go back to the main iCloud settings page. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account." Confirm the removal of the iCloud account and its data from your device.

Erase all content and settings: To ensure all iCloud-related data is removed from your iPhone, go to "Settings" > "General" > "Reset." Choose "Erase All Content and Settings" and confirm your selection. This will reset your iPhone to its factory settings and remove all data, including iCloud settings.

It's important to note that while these steps will remove iCloud from your iPhone, they won't disable iCloud activation lock. If your iPhone is associated with an iCloud account that you don't have the credentials for, you may need to contact Apple or the previous owner for further assistance.

Also, keep in mind that iCloud offers various features and benefits, such as data backup, device synchronization, and Find My iPhone. Removing iCloud will result in the loss of these features.

Order the Unlock Code of your Samsung Galaxy S5 (SM-G900)

When I order an Unlock Code for my Samsung Galaxy S5, what will I receive?

We provide you with the Unlock Code to permanently unlock your Samsung Galaxy S5.

In case your Samsung Galaxy S5 requires multiple Unlock Codes, all Unlock Codes necessary to unlock your Samsung Galaxy S5 are automatically sent to you.

We also provide detailed instructions on How To Unlock your Samsung Galaxy S5. In most cases the procedure is very easy:

How to Unlock Samsung Galaxy S5?

Our instructions are GLOBAL instructions for all unlocking services. Instructions about unfreeze are meant for people who have purchased a FACTORY SAMSUNG GENUINE UNLOCK CODES service, which include UNFREEZE code. If you have purchased a carrier unlock code (from you network provider): this service does not include UNFREEZE code. If you have FREEZED your phone, the unlock network code won't help to unfreeze, only unfreeze code will reset freezed phones.

Step 1: Determine the lock level of your Samsung Galaxy S5

If you have ordered unlock codes from our website, you will have been pleased to see that every possible unlock code has been emailed to you.

The unlock codes emailed to you will look something like this:
Unfreeze: 12345678 NCK: 12345678 SCK: 12345678 SPCK: 12345678

Most networks only lock their Samsung handsets with the NCK lock enabled. Therefore you should only need to use this code when following the input instructions (see step 2). However some networks will have dual locks in place (whereby the NCK and another lock is enabled) or they may have just an alternative lock level such as SCK or SPCK.

It is best practice to be 100% sure which lock level is present on your Samsung Galaxy S5, to do this follow these instructions:

Enter the following code into your Samsung Galaxy S5 while it is turned on and connected to its locked network.

By this, we mean the connected to the network your Samsung Galaxy S5 is locked to (if you are locked to Orange, insert an Orange SIM card into your handset)

Once connected, enter this code: *#7465625#

A menu will be displayed that will resemble the following:

  1. [xxx] Network lock
  2. [xxx] Subset lock
  3. [xxx] SP lock

(xxx = Value ON or OFF)

If only the Network lock is displayed saying ON then you will only need to use the NCK code with the instructions below. If you see the Subset lock value as ON then you will need the SCK code and if you see the SP lock value as ON you will need the SPCK code.

The unfreeze code we send you should only be needed if:

  • You accidentally freeze your Samsung Galaxy S5 by entering too many incorrect codes or not following our unlock instructions accurately.
  • Your Samsung Galaxy S5 displays the 'phone freeze' message whenever an alternative network SIM card is inserted into your phone prior to it being unlocked.
  • You see the 'return for service' message.

Now you know the correct lock level of your Samsung Galaxy S5 and thus the correct code required for input, you may continue...

NB: If your Samsung Galaxy S5 does not accept the code to locate your lock level, simply move straight on to step 2 of this guide...

Step 2 : Input Instructions

  1. Switch ON your Samsung Galaxy S5 with a not Accepted SIM Card.
  2. Samsung Galaxy S5 will ask for "Password".
  3. You can now enter the Unlock Code we send to you.

OR (if phone show "Insert Correct SIM Card")

  1. Switch ON your Samsung Galaxy S5 with a not Accepted SIM Card.
  2. Compose : #0111*CODE#

OR

  1. Switch ON your Samsung Galaxy S5 with an unaccepted SIM Card.
  2. Samsung Galaxy S5 will then ask for the Code or Password.
  3. You can now enter the Unlock Code we sent to you.

Step 3: Troubleshooting

If your Samsung Galaxy S5 freezes for whatever reason and displays the 'Phone Freeze' or 'Return for Service' message then you will need to use the unfreeze code that was issued with your unlock codes.

Below you will see a list of instructions for entering the unfreeze code into different models of Samsung handsets.

Choose the handset instructions closest to your own model if it is not directly available. (i.e. if you have a Samsung i900, consider using the Samsung F480 unfreeze instructions).

NB: Unfreeze instructions are given as an added bonus to your unlock service. This is not the service you purchased and therefore it is provided free of charge.

Reasons for "Phone Freeze"

  1. Inputting the unfreeze code rather than the unlock code into your handset.
  2. Following the incorrect input procedure for your handset (these must be followed 100% correctly).
  3. Handset automatically displaying "Phone Freeze" when an unaccepted SIM card is inserted into the handset, however when the accepted SIM card is inserted, the handset works fine.

Unlocking the phone when in "Phone Freeze"

In order to unlock your handset when the phone is frozen, you need to have access to the handset keypad.

Please note the following information is not provided with any guarantee or warranty of success as the unfreeze codes we provide are issued free of charge as an added bonus with certain Samsung unlocking services.

Option 1 (usually used with keypad Samsungs - U900 etc):

  1. While an unaccepted SIM card is inserted, enter the unfreeze code.
  2. Hit OK (either the left soft key, or in the middle of the touch-field).
  3. Your handset may or may not display an unfreeze message.
  4. Now enter your unlock code (see step 1 above to determine this).
  5. The phone should now unlock.

Option 2 (usually used with touch screen Samsungs - F480 etc):

  1. With Original SIM card in handset, enter #7465625*638*UNFREEZE CODE.
  2. Phone Unfrozen.
  3. Input unaccepted SIM card into handset.
  4. Enter #7465625*638*UNLOCK CODE#
  5. Your Phone should now unlock.

Option 3 (possible with any Samsung handset):

  1. While an unaccepted SIM card is inserted, enter unfreeze code
  2. Hit OK.
  3. Enter unlock code.
  4. Your phone should now unlock.

Please note once again, these instructions for frozen handsets are used at the owners risk.

Unfreeze codes are supplied as a bonus for certain Samsung services and we make no warranty or guarantee of their success.

If in doubt, our customers may wish to have their handset manually unfrozen by a local independent mobile phone specialist before returning to use the unlock code we provided which is 100% accurate for your handset.

How to Fix ‘Not Registered on Network’ on Android Phones

Every week, no, make that every day, at code4gsm , we get customers writing in with a variety of problems relating to any number of different cellphones. In this article we look at a problem that occurs most often with Samsung phones but can apply to other Android phones in general. First, to acquaint you with the problem, here is a typical customer complaint:

“We kept getting the ‘Not registered on Network’ message when trying to make calls. Many times the network connection was lost for a while. Then we realized by trying to make a call that for a period of time people were unable to get a hold of us or send text messages. We tried everything to try to resolve the issue, and ultimately we replaced our phones with another Samsung Galaxy S5. Guess what, the issue is still there and we still get ‘Not registered on network’ errors. Is this an Android issue or an Android issue? It’s no surprise that Google said that it’s a T-Mobile issue and not an Android issue. Please help!”

This annoying problem is often found in Samsung Galaxy devices,   particularly when users update their Galaxy phone to the latest Android   version and something went wrong. Please take note of the following   models:

  • Galaxy S7 Edge
  • Galaxy S7
  • Galaxy S6 Edge
  • Galaxy S6
  • Galaxy S5
  • Galaxy S4
  • Galaxy S3
  • Galaxy Note 5
  • Galaxy Note 4
  • Galaxy Note 3
  • Galaxy Note 2

What Does Not Registered on Network Error Mean?

The reason why you see Not Registered on Network error is because your SIM card is unable to connect to your carrier’s network. And when you can’t connect to the network, you won’t be able to make or receive calls and text messages. Aside from Samsung, this is a common issue among Android phones, regardless of who your carrier is or your phone’s make and model.

What causes Not Registered on Network error?

Based on the customer’s experience above, their device is unable to detect the network and up comes the “Not Registered on Network” message. There are many ways this can happen, and below are the reasons why:

  1. The IMEI number was changed. This usually occurs after getting an update and the device IMEI number (serial number) is changed to “SN 0000″ and it shows that your device SN number has been broken and need to be fixed.

  2. You’re APN or network settings are not properly set up. Another reason is when you try to use the SIM Card from a new Network Provider and your Samsung fails to keep up when you’re trying to switch networks and needs a little help from you involving manually providing the new APN settings / Networks name in order to fix it.

  3. Your device has been blacklisted. Another reason for this error is if unfortunately your device has been Blacklisted, and by that we mean if your phone is reported as “Lost” or “Stolen” in the national blacklist database in your country. In this situation you have no choice but to take the following steps :

    • Go to the police and report the scam,

    • Try to get your money back from the seller,

    • Change the IMEI of your Phone (which is illegal),

    • Sell your cellphone overseas.

If the problem was the APN or network settings, the ‘Not registered on network’ error will show itself when you attempt to make a call or text. This occurs because your Service Provider is simply NOT notified of your IMEI number so on the screen you will see “Not registered on Network“. They even have the cheek to supply an OK button for you to press which does nothing to solve your problem at all! Frustrating, but don’t worry, we can solve this issue.

For everybody else here are the four ways to fix this problem and finally have use of your cellphone.

How to Fix ‘Not Registered on Network’  – The Solutions

Here we provide several methods to help you overcome this issue, one of them should work for you. But before you do so, we’d like you to try the basic troubleshooting steps first to see if they could resolve your issue. Minor hiccups in your phone’s operating system can sometimes cause connection errors, so it’s worth trying these steps before going with the more complicated ones.

  1. Restart your phone.

  2. Disconnect from WIFI.

  3. Re-insert the SIM card.

  4. Update the operating system. Software updates fix bugs on our device.

  5. Change the network mode either to 3G or 2G.

  6. Reset network settings. Proceed with caution. Backup your device properly. This will put your phone back to its default factory settings. This will erase all passwords, data, settings, and applications.

  7. Try using a different SIM card.

  8. Call your carrier.

If these troubleshooting steps don’t work, you may proceed with the steps we detailed below. Warning: The following solutions require steps that might cause you to lose your device warranty. Please proceed with caution. We are not liable for any damages or warranty loss.

Method #1 – Manually select your new Network Provider:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Then go to Wireless and networks.

  3. Tap Mobile Networks (If not found then tap first ‘More settings’).

  4. Now tap Networks operators.

  5. After you have completed searching select your Network Operator (Like AirTel, T-Mobile, Vodafone, O2, EE, Lycamobile, MetroPCS, Family Mobile, etc.).

That’s it, problem solved.

Updated Fix:  In Mobile Networks, set Network mode as WCDMA only and restart your phone.

Method #2 – Root your device and Install a Patch:

  1. Root your Galaxy device.

  2. Download from Google Play and install “Busy Box” on your device.

  3. Download this “Ariza patch” and install it on your Galaxy device.

  4. Now, open the app from the app drawer.

  5. Just click on the button saying “PATCH” and it’s done.

Method # 3 – Update your Device and Samsung Account Software (Make sure you are connected to a wireless connection) :

  1. Get Your Galaxy Up and Running. Charged and ready.

  2. Place Your SIM Card In Phone.

  3. Navigate to  Settings of your Phone.

  4. Scroll Down To the Extreme bottom.

  5. Select Software Update.

  6. Wait for the cellphone to reboot and complete update.

Method # 4 – Remove and Insert SIM:

  1. Turn off your phone by holding both the Power Button and Home together.

  2. While the phone is off, wait for 2 minutes.

  3. After 2 minutes remove the battery and the sim card from the phone.

  4. Press the Power button and the Home button together 10 consecutive times.

  5. Next, hold the power and home key for 1-3 minutes.

  6. Now insert your Sim card and battery.

  7. Turn on your Samsung Galaxy.

  8. With your phone on, remove then re-insert your sim card 5 times.

UNLOCK YOUR CELL PHONE
AND UNLOCK ITS TRUE VALUE

Have you noticed the way mobile phone service providers love to lock you into contracts, the longer the better? Yes, they give you the phone for free, but with it comes that contract you have to pay for month after month. This is often a license for service providers to start taking liberties with all sorts of extra charges and fees they quietly slip into your package each month, hoping you won’t notice. And even if you do notice and you do complain, they point to the fact that you signed up for the contract. We have all of us felt ripped off by a phone contract at one point or another. Then should you ever go overseas, well, that’s an even better excuse to start ramping up the charges. Costly texts, crazy internet access charges, eye watering call tariffs.

But now there is a safe, quick, and clever way to dig yourself out of the contract you are currently stuck with. In fact you can be home free in just a few minutes with code4gsm.com. Why unlock cellphone? Because you deserve the freedom of the best tariffs out there.

There are loads of service providers in the market, and loads of competitive packages for you to choose from. Why get handcuffed to just one?

Unlocking your phone puts you back in control of your call charges and costs, at home and abroad.

In the few moments it takes to unlock your phone, your cellphone is suddenly a much more valuable commodity, because it is sim free.

Despite what your service provider may threaten you with, it is completely legal to unlock your phone.

It’s so easy to unlock your phone with code4gsm.com you will wonder why you spent months locked into an unattractive contract. Make extortionate roaming rates a thing of the past, or escape from the fees and charges.

  1. 1 Select your service
    on your cellphone.
  2. 2 Find your IMEI number by means of
    a four digit code (*#06#).
  3. 3 Order your unlock phone code
(It has a 100% money back guarantee)
  4. 4 Enter the unlock code,
and your phone is sim free!

Now your phone is just waiting for you to insert the value for money sim card of your choice. There’s no going back to the restrictive requirements of your current service provider.

There are cases where customers believe they are happy with their contract and see no reason to unlock their cellphone. That’s fine until the day they decide to take their phone on an overseas trip. Set the phone to roam, and you are not only paying for calls, texts and data you send, but what others send to you. Some of these fundamental misunderstandings about service provider charges while overseas have resulted in mobile phone bills of thousands of dollars, and there is no choice but to pay. So no matter how good you feel your current contract may be, there’s a better one out there, and a sim free phone enables you to slip in a local sim card for every destination you visit. That’s the way to beat the system. Just let a few close friends know your temporary number and sit back and relax as you save heaps of cash.

The iPhone Factory Unlock is applied fully remotely without an Unlock Code involved. The Factory Unlock of your iPhone is permanent and stays also if you update iOS or restore your iPhone.

As soon as you receive our confirmation that the unlock has been applied to your iPhone, please follow the steps below:

1. Power on your iPhone with a non-accepted SIM Card inserted. A SIM Card is "non-accepted" if it is not from the original network your iPhone was locked on. The SIM Card can be from any other network carrier worldwide and does not need to be the same SIM Card you want to use in the future.

2. Your iPhone will automatically activate with your new SIM Card. That means your iPhone is fully unlocked now.

3. That's it! :-) You can now use your iPhone with any network carrier worldwide!

Order the Unlock Code of your Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime (SM-G530)

When I order an Unlock Code for my Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime, what will I receive?

We provide you with the Unlock Code to permanently unlock your Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime.

In case your Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime requires multiple Unlock Codes, all Unlock Codes necessary to unlock your Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime are automatically sent to you.

We also provide detailed instructions on How To Unlock your Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime. In most cases the procedure is very easy:

How to Unlock Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime?

Our instructions are GLOBAL instructions for all unlocking services. Instructions about unfreeze are meant for people who have purchased a FACTORY SAMSUNG GENUINE UNLOCK CODES service, which include UNFREEZE code. If you have purchased a carrier unlock code (from you network provider): this service does not include UNFREEZE code. If you have FREEZED your phone, the unlock network code won't help to unfreeze, only unfreeze code will reset freezed phones.

Step 1: Determine the lock level of your Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime

It is best practice to be 100% sure which lock level is present on your Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime, to do this follow these instructions:

Enter the following code into your Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime while it is turned on and connected to its locked network.

By this, we mean the connected to the network your Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime is locked to (if you are locked to Orange, insert an Orange SIM card into your handset)

  • You accidentally freeze your Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime by entering too many incorrect codes or not following our unlock instructions accurately.
  • Your Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime displays the 'phone freeze' message whenever an alternative network SIM card is inserted into your phone prior to it being unlocked.
  • You see the 'return for service' message.

Now you know the correct lock level of your Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime and thus the correct code required for input, you may continue...

NB: If your Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime does not accept the code to locate your lock level, simply move straight on to step 2 of this guide...

Step 2 : Input Instructions

  1. Switch ON your Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime with a not Accepted SIM Card.
  2. Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime will ask for "Password".
  3. You can now enter the Unlock Code we send to you.

OR (if phone show "Insert Correct SIM Card")

  1. Switch ON your Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime with a not Accepted SIM Card.
  2. Compose : #0111*CODE#

OR

  1. Switch ON your Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime with an unaccepted SIM Card.
  2. Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime will then ask for the Code or Password.
  3. You can now enter the Unlock Code we sent to you.

Step 3: Troubleshooting

If your Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime freezes for whatever reason and displays the 'Phone Freeze' or 'Return for Service' message then you will need to use the unfreeze code that was issued with your unlock codes.

If in doubt, our customers may wish to have their handset manually unfrozen by a local independent mobile phone specialist before returning to use the unlock code we provided which is 100% accurate for your handset.

how to unlock a sim card sprint

Sprint Sim Card Locked: What does it mean and how to fix it

A device with a locked SIM can’t make or receive calls and may not be able to receive text messages as well. If you wish to unlock your SIM card, you can contact your carrier since all cellular providers are required by law to unlock SIM cards for free, assuming your contract has ended.

If that is not possible, this guide will show you what it means to have a sprint sim card locked and how to fix it.

Why would a SIM card be locked?

SIM cards are installed on most cell phones. They are memory chips used in mobile devices to store information such as your account number, phone book, texts, and other data. Carriers often ‘lock’ the phones that you purchase from them because they want to ensure you will continually use their services.

On the other hand, you will also see a Sprint sim card locked error if you are switching to a new phone or device using a sim from your old phone. That is because your phone’s serial number (IMEI) and the SIM card’s unique identifying number (ICCID) must be registered together. If they don’t match in your carrier’s system, you will see this error.

If you have been given a new phone for a replacement and you wish to use the same SIM card from your previous device, you have to call your carrier and have them register that SIM card together with your new phone.

What does Sprint SIM card locked error mean?

Like any other mobile service provider, Sprint also ‘locks’ the phone that you get from them. If your phone is ‘locked’ or if you see a Sprint SIM card locked error, it means you’re not going to be able to use their current Sprint-branded handset on another carrier’s network unless your device is unlocked.

Moreover, a locked phone is subject to roaming charges when taken outside of Sprint’s service area and network because the phone is programmed to work only with Sprint’s SIM card. If you are using your phone overseas where the Sprint network is not available, you have to pay for roaming charges to use your phone for calls, texts, or data when you’re not connected to WiFi.

A locked cellphone usually comes with a disclaimer about using it on other carriers. If you previously used Sprint and unlock your phone through code4gsm, the phone itself is no longer tied to Sprint or any specific carrier.

Trying to use an unlock app from untrusted sources could brick your phone by sending incorrect commands to your device. Unlocking Sprint phones should be done either through your service provider or through reputable services such as .

According to Sprint’s Unlocking FAQs, your account will be examined for eligibility first. If you are indeed eligible for unlocking, you have to wait 2 days before they unlock the phone for you.

ERROR: Sprint SIM Card Locked. Please Power Cycle

This is the same error as the Sprint SIM card has locked and as mentioned earlier, SIM will lock if either the device  doesn’t match what is on your account. If you would like to fix this, then you can go to your carrier and ask them whether they’ll unlock the phone you’re currently using on their network, especially if it’s a phone that was bought as new as there is nothing wrong with doing so as long as your account with them is in good standing.

To unlock your Sprint phone, you have to prove that you are a customer who is owed a refund or has an account in good standing. You can not unlock a device that is still under contract, and it may take up to 10 days for your handset to be completely unlocked before it can be used on other networks.

It will also apply if you cancel your account with Sprint early by way of cancellation fees. However, as mentioned before, there are now ways around this, so you don’t have to wait any longer than necessary after canceling. Third-party providers such as offer unlocking services at reasonable rates so customers can enjoy their devices without limitations and the warranty they’re entitled to.

Fix Sprint SIM card locked error through

If you are not eligible for unlocking through Sprint, you may use the service. Unlocking your device with us will not break your device’s warranty if it’s still covered, and you don’t have to go through complex processes to get it done.

To unlock Apple devices such as iPhones and iPad, all we need would be your IMEI or the phone’s serial number. We also need just your IMEI number to unlock any type of Android phone.

Conclusion

You should know that if your account isn’t in good standing or you haven’t paid off the remainder of what you owe for the device, Sprint won’t grant your request for an unlocking code.

How to Fix ‘SIM Network Unlock PIN’ on Android Phones

Most Android phones are quite simple to navigate.  Best of all, they feature access to a variety of apps that you can use to simply your life.  But what happens if you need to unlock your phone from your network carrier?  The best answer is to contact for an unlock code.  Whether you’re traveling overseas and need your phone unlocked or you simply want to switch carriers, simplifies the process of making your phone compatible with other networks.

“SIM Network Unlock Pin Means” You Need an Unlock Code

When you go to unlock your phone, all you need to do is insert a SIM card from the carrier you want to switch to.  If your phone is locked, it will likely display the message SIM Network Unlock PIN.  This means that you’ll need to buy an unlock code from a reputable service provider.

You’ll Need Your IMEI Number to get an Unlock Code

Keep in mind that you’ll need your phone’s IMEI number to buy the unlock code.  On most phones, you can easily identify your IMEI number by typing *#06# and hitting the send or call button.  You’ll receive a message with the IMEI number.

Unlocking Your Phone is Simple

After giving your IMEI number to an unlock code service provider and receiving the code, you’ll enter it into your phone and hit the unlock button.  It’s as simple as that.  If for some reason the unlock code doesn’t work, this most likely means there have been too many failed attempts.  To overcome this problem, you’ll need to do a full reset on your phone.  You’ll also want to make sure that your new SIM card is valid.  For more information on how to unlock your phone, simply contact us today.

  1. While an unaccepted SIM card is inserted, enter unfreeze code
  2. Hit OK.
  3. Enter unlock code.
  4. Your phone should now unlock.

Please note once again, these instructions for frozen handsets are used at the owners risk.

If you own a Tracfone device or any of the above-mentioned prepaid services carrier, you can now have your phone unlocked so you can use it on any network across the globe!

How to Permanently Sim Unlock Tracfone Devices

All Tracfone (and its subsidiaries) devices, both GSM and CDMA, can now be unlocked through code4gsm.

The process is fairly easy. Here’s how:

1. Dial #TFUNLOCK# (#83865625#) to open the Unlock Code menu

2. The device will ask for 2 Unlock Codes: In the first field, please enter the MCK/DEFREEZE Code. In the second field, please enter either the SPCK code OR (in case you did not receive an SPCK code), the NCK/NETWORK code.

3. Your device will show a “Device Unlocked“ message and may reboot.

4. That’s it – Your device is now successfully unlocked and ready to use with any GSM carrier worldwide!

Having your Tracfone phone unlocked is easy, the unlock codes for your device will be provided by code4gsm! If you want to have your Tracfone phone unlocked, we have to know a few information from you in order for us to generate the unlock codes.

We need your device model number, its IMEI or serial number (how to know your IMEI code here), and your carrier.

How to Know If You’re Using Tracfone GSM or CDMA Phone

There are two types of Tracfone devices, CDMA and GSM. It is important to know that an unlocked CDMA phone will only work with CDMA carriers, and an unlocked GSM phone will only work with GSM carriers.

If you are planning to switch carriers, please make sure that your phone is compatible with the type of network your new carrier is servicing.

Although most carriers in the USA are GSM, many carriers such as Verizon, Sprint, and US Cellular still use CDMA. On the other hand, the more commonly known carriers that are GSM are T-Mobile and AT&T.

If you are unsure what type of Tracfone you own, here is an easy way how:

For older Tracfone device

• If your phone model ends with a “G”, then it means you are using a phone compatible with a GSM carrier.

• If your phone model ends with either a “C” it means you are using a phone compatible with a CDMA network.

For new Tracfone device

• If your phone model ends with “VL” it means it’s using the Verizon-LTE network.

• Some GSM phones from Tracfone use “AL” or “BL” which means they are either using AT&T LTE or T-Mobile LTE. There are also “DL”and “TL” models both of these are GSM as well.

Conclusion

For the best experience with your unlocked Tracfone device, we recommend that you choose the carrier which has the best coverage in your area.

Moreover, please note that most of the world uses GSM, good to know if you want to travel outside the USA and want to use a Tracfone device.

Design

Seemingly a rebadge of Alcatel’s Pop 3 released in 2015, the new Alcatel TRU comes off with a 5-inch scratch-resistant LCD display panel with a resolution of 480 x 854-pixel. It measures to a good 5.55 by 2.81 by 0.39 inches and weighs up to 5.89 ounces. This new unit features soft keys that users will definitely love.

Along with a compact body, the handset displays a minimal front display – with only a circular capacitive home button at the bottom, and the speaker and the selfie camera occupying the upper part of the screen. Going to the sides, Alcatel TRU chose to retain the usual setup of the volume rocker and the power button at the right side of the device. More so for the main camera which is integrated at the rear of the unit with LED flash following it and the brand’s logo.

Camera

The Alcatel’s TRU unit comes with 2MP for the selfie camera and 5MP for the main camera at the back of the unit that is definitely suitable for beginners. The camera also features autofocus and geo tagging, and a LED flash that can be of use, especially for night shots. With regards to video recording, the camera’s capable of shooting a 720-pixel video at 30f/ps.

Connectivity and Network Performance

Aimed to meet the needs of a regular customer, Alcatel TRU has integrated just the right connectivity protocols for a better connection experience. The unit’s equipped with Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11, A-GPS and a USB 2.0 port for transferring files between a computer and a phone.

Going further, this device is also capable of quick downloads and uploads due to its 4G/LTE network capability.

Power and Battery

Powered by a quad-core 1.1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 along with 1GB of RAM, the entry-level handset is very much capable of allowing smooth multitasking on particular apps such as utility, games, and messaging apps.

It is also capable of lasting a day’s use with its 2000 mAh battery capacity, proving to be sufficient for an everyday use.

Software and Memory

Running on Android, the handset’s equipped with a Lollipop version of the operating system, whereby it contains the complete suite of features of the said Android version. Going further, it includes an 8GB built-in storage and a Micro SD card slot for additional storage, even mounting up to 32GB.

What’s New with Alcatel TRU (OT-5065N)

Good News, We Now Unlock All Tracfone Devices!

Tracfone is well known for its non-contract services as a prepaid mobile service provider. Being able to enjoy the fastest networks from the US and in some parts of Mexico, Tracfone is an affordable way to get connected while you’re on a budget.

And today at code4gsm, we’re happy to announce that we now support unlock for all Tracfone devices including its subsidiaries Straight Talk, Simple Mobile, Total Wireless, Walmart Family Mobile, and GoSmart, Net10 Wireless, and Page Plus Cellular.

For the best experience with your unlocked Tracfone device, we recommend that you choose the carrier which has the best coverage in your area.

Conclusion

For the best experience with your unlocked Tracfone device, we recommend that you choose the carrier which has the best coverage in your area.

Moreover, please note that most of the world uses GSM, good to know if you want to travel outside the USA and want to use a Tracfone device.

We also provide detailed instructions on How To Unlock your Samsung Galaxy Note II LTE. In most cases the procedure is very easy:

How to Unlock Samsung Galaxy Note II LTE?

Our instructions are GLOBAL instructions for all unlocking services. Instructions about unfreeze are meant for people who have purchased a FACTORY SAMSUNG GENUINE UNLOCK CODES service, which include UNFREEZE code. If you have purchased a carrier unlock code (from you network provider): this service does not include UNFREEZE code. If you have FREEZED your phone, the unlock network code won't help to unfreeze, only unfreeze code will reset freezed phones.

Step 1: Determine the lock level of your Samsung

It is best practice to be 100% sure which lock level is present on your handset, to do this follow these instructions:

Enter the following code into your handset while it is turned on and connected to its locked network.

By this we mean the connected to the network your handset is locked to (if you are locked to Orange, insert an Orange SIM card into your handset)

Once connected, enter this code: *#7465625#

A menu will be displayed that will resemble the following...

(a) You accidentally freeze your handset by entering too many incorrect codes or not following our unlock instructions accurately.
(b) Your handset displays the 'phone freeze' message whenever an alternative network SIM card is inserted into your phone prior to it being unlocked.
(c) You see the 'return for service' message.

Now you know the correct lock level of your handset and thus the correct code required for input, you may continue...

NB: If your handset does not accept the code to locate your lock level, simply move straight on to step 2 of this guide...

Step 2 : Input Instructions

1 - Switch ON your phone with a not Accepted SIM Card,
2 - Phone will ask for "Password",
3 - You can now enter the Unlock Code we send to you.

OR (if phone show "Insert Correct SIM Card")

1 - Switch ON your phone with a not Accepted SIM Card,
2 - Compose : #0111*CODE#

OR

1 - Switch ON your phone with an unaccepted SIM Card,
2 - The Phone will then ask for the Code or Password
3 - You can now enter the Unlock Code we sent to you.

Step 3: Trouble Shooting

If your handset freezes for whatever reason and displays the 'Phone Freeze' or 'Return for Service' message then you will need to use the unfreeze code that was issued with your unlock codes.

Option 1 (usually used with keypad Samsungs - U900 etc)

While an unaccepted SIM card is inserted
Enter the unfreeze code
Hit OK (either the left soft key, or in the middle of the touch-field)
Your handset may or may not display an unfreeze message

Now enter your unlock code (see step 1 above to determine this)
The phone should now unlock

or

Option 2 (usually used with touch screen Samsungs - F480 etc)

With Original SIM card in handset
Enter #7465625*638*UNFREEZE CODE
Phone Unfrozen
Input unaccepted SIM card into handset
Enter #7465625*638*UNLOCK CODE#
Your Phone should now unlock

or

Option 3 (possible with any Samsung handset)

While an unaccepted SIM card is inserted
Enter unfreeze code
Hit OK
Enter unlock code
Your phone should now unlock

Please note once again, these instructions for frozen handsets are used at the owners risk.

Unfreeze codes are supplied as a bonus for certain Samsung services and we make no warranty or guarantee of their success.

If in doubt, our customers may wish to have their handset manually unfrozen by a local independent mobile phone specialist before
